We at Inkling India are focused on a three-pronged approach to facilitate the children with limited avenues to discover and understand their skills. Families from low income groups focus on putting their children in school, some have the resources to help them explore education beyond schooling, some families do not. Those who do graduate generally get pushed into a profession which may not be to their liking as earning a living becomes a compulsion. This compulsion breeds non-performance which in the long run leads to poor remuneration. This weakens the society and can be very detrimental for a growing country like India. What is needed is the optimum utilization of one's skills and in order to achieve this we need to find the right set of skills of an individual. This leads to the first part of our three-part approach.
